Monthly talks
We hold our monthly talks at Winston Churchill Theatre, Ruislip. Complimentary refreshments are served beforehand in the lounge adjoining the auditorium.
There is free car parking on site and further unrestricted on-street parking in the surrounding roads. Buses 331 U10 and H13 stop a short walk away at the High Street/Bury Street junction and the nearest Tube station is Ruislip.

These take place at the opulent Moor Park Mansion, Rickmansworth - a special treat in itself.
There is ample free car parking on site. Members car-share with those who don't drive.
It's a scenic but quite hilly walk from the nearest Tube station Moor Park (a mile away) or Rickmansworth (one and a half miles).

08 July Afternoon Lecture
Our special Afternoon Lecture on 08 July 2026 will be held in Mayfield Village Hall, Watford.
​
There is free car parking on site for those attending the lecture.
Bus routes 10 from North Watford and 520 from Maple Cross and Rickmansworth stop at Watford General Hospital on Vicarage Road and from there walk to Mayfield down Willow Lane and Thomas Sawyer Way.

The nearest train stations are Watford Junction (national rail services) and Watford High Street (London Overground Lioness line), both on the number 10 bus route.​​
