The Age of AI Exhibition
THIS EVENT IS NOW SOLD OUT. A WAIT LIST IS IN OPERATION
We will be welcomed to Bletchley Park with tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, then explore The Age of AI Exhibition. What exactly is AI? What effect does it already have on our experiences? And how will this change in the future?
The Age of AI is interactive, focusing on the effects of AI on our lives, rather than delving into the complex technical details of how it works. It is designed to make the concepts relatable and understandable for visitors of all ages, including those with no knowledge of computers. We will discover the many ways in which the technology we call 'artificial intelligence' can be used to benefit humanity and the wider world, from applications in healthcare and the environment through to the creative industries, while also learning how we might safely navigate our way through an increasingly AI-generated world.
We will then have a private guided walking tour of the grounds and landscape of Bletchley Park, visiting the iconic World War II code-breaking huts, hearing of the astonishing wartime achievements made in them, of Bletchley's significance as one of the birthplaces of modern computing and as a cradle of AI.
There will be free time for lunch and to explore some of the other permanent exhibitions on site. We aim to depart at approximately 3.30 pm.
